• All participants must fill out the online registration/application to be considered by Drivingyourbusiness.com.au to become enrolled in the program.
• Drivers must be 18 years of age, and possess a driver’s license other than a Provisional 1 (red Ps) license.
• The vehicle must travel the nominated km’s or more a month (this requirement may be negotiated given specific circumstances such as parking in a high visibility area etc.)
• The vehicle that is to be wrapped must be roadworthy and registered in the name of the prospective driver, and where the driver is the primary driver of the vehicle. • The vehicle must be registered for the duration of the contract/s
• The driver must agree routine tracking in regards to things such as routes, speed, distance travelled etc. for the duration of the contract or contracts, and the sharing of this information with the advertising parties involved
• Drivers must show proof of active comprehensive vehicle insurance on the vehicle that is to be driven, and proof that it will remain active for the duration of the contract of service
• Drivers agree to permit Drivingyourbusiness.com.au Advertising to access their RTA driving record. Drivers will be eligible if they have no more than 2 at fault moving vehicle violations the last 2 years.
• The driver must sign an indemnification agreement as part of their contract for service. This will indemnify drivingyourbusines.com.au and any third parties such as the advertising parties if any driver of the vehicle acts in a reckless or unlawful manner, or is involved in any accident.
• Drivers must advise a driving your business representative within 24 hours of any accidents, traffic violations or defacement of the advertisements.
• Drivers agree to make their vehicle available for inspection by driving your business representatives once a month to ensure drivers are meeting their contractual duties such as required mileage, the condition of the the advertisement and vehicle.
• Participants must notify a Driving your business representative if the advert has been damaged or defective.
• At no time is the driver or any one other person other than when driving your business representatives or approved contractors gives its express permission, permitted to tamper with or attempt to adjust the applied advert Such actions will violate the contract for service and will result in default of payment. The driver will be responsible for any financial costs incurred by such actions, and driving your business reserves the right to withhold payment of work completed until such time as these financial costs have been met.
• The applied media must remain ON at all times.
• Participants must maintain the exterior and interior of the vehicle to an acceptable standard at all times.
• Drivers must perform the contract in accordance with the information supplied by them on the registration form.
• Drivers must drive the number of kilometres as implied on the registration form, and abide by any route requirements as designated in the contract. Should routes differ from that originally nominated, drivers must notify driving your business representatives within 48hrs of a permanent change
• Drivers must inform driving your business representatives of any internal or external modifications to their vehicle which will impact on the presentation of the media and vehicle. • Participants must comply with the guidelines and requirements described within the contract.
• All Participants must sign and agree to the conditions set forth in the contract documents which will be issued immediately after you are chosen to become a driver for drivingyourbusiness.com.au
